It’s hard to believe, but the 2026 vaccine season will be here before we know it. We’ve put together some helpful tips, tricks & reminders when using the vaccine workflow, and also provided some marketing materials for promoting offsite vaccine clinics to your patients.

It emphasizes the convenience of digital registration and the professionalism of the clinical team. You will find email and social copy plus promotional pictures and fliers to promote these services.

If you are medically billing: Please be cognizant of what you are billing to the medical benefit and the pharmacy benefit on the billing screen.

Other Important caveats to note: COVID only shots are NOT eligible for evaluation and management time-based codes. For these, continue billing the admin and serum only through your PMS.
