Workflow Services Product Update and Newsletter Vol. 8 - June 12, 2025
Workflow Services is committed to meeting the needs of our customers. We listen carefully to feedback you share and make updates as quickly as we are able. This newsletter will help you stay informed of new features in our platform and keep you updated on industry news.
PRODUCT UPDATE
We’re excited to tell you about some new changes coming to Workflow Services. These updates are designed to make your work easier and help you take better care of your patients. They are also designed for the Workflow Services app and not the ImageMover app. Click here for more information on how to add the Workflow Services app to your tablet.
📸 Easier Insurance Card Entry
We will be updating how insurance information gets added to the platform. The new version will be easier for you and your patients to use. It will also allow you or your patient to take a photo of the card which will save time and increase accuracy.
You’ll have two ways to get card photos:
- Text or email a link to the patient, based on their preference, so they can take photos on their phone.
- Using your pharmacy tablet, take the photos yourself from within the Workflow Services app.
The system will also pull out important insurance info automatically, so you don’t have to type it all in.
🧩 Public CVTs Now Available
If your team uses CVTs (Clinical Visit Templates), you’ll now be able to see a list of public CVTs and pull them into your pharmacy instance. You will also be able to share CVTs you create with other pharmacies.
This means you don’t have to start from scratch when building workflows—just pick an existing template for a service you want to offer and customize it to meet your pharmacy’s needs.
💊 Better Info in Test-to-Treat
We’ve made improvements to the Test-to-Treat workflow to improve your experience while completing. Now you’ll see:
- How much medicine was prescribed
- How many refills were given
This info will show up on the Overview page and in the After Visit Summary (AVS), where applicable. This helps make everything clearer for both your team and the patient.
