Get the App
Download the Workflow Services mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can use an iOS or Android phone or tablet, but workflows display best on a tablet.

Scan the Environment QR Code
- Open the app, choose Scan QR Code and allow camera access.
- On a different device, log in to your Web Portal admin account, click Links > View QR Code.
- Use your tablet to scan the QR code that appears.
- Sign in using the same email address and password you use for the Web Portal.
You should only need to use this QR code one time per mobile device. Once your environment is set, it will stay configured until you delete the mobile app from the device or manually exit the environment.
