Adherence calling lets you support and track patients working through adherence goals directly from the Workflow Services web portal. Previously this required navigating to a separate URL. That's no longer needed, everything is now built directly into the portal.
- Log in to the Workflow Services web portal (How To).
- Look for the Adherence tab on the left side menu. A badge on the tab shows the number of adherence goals currently available.
- Click the Adherence tab. You'll see the types of goals available and how many of each are waiting.
- Click Launch Adherence to open the adherence calling platform.
NOTE: the Adherence tab only appears for users who have Can Manage Patient Adherence checked under Web Portal Rights in their user profile. If you don't see the tab, check that this permission has been granted, or reach out to your organization's manager.
