Participants in the CRC (colorectal cancer) screening and education program can now leverage our adherence calling platform to more easily support their patients and track their activities. This platform walks the caller through each patient, step-by-step and includes both scripts and FAQs to provide the most efficient and effective support possible.
To access this portal log into Workflow Services web portal and replace any characters in the URL following the .com with /adherence (for example https://pharmacy.workflowservices.com/adherence). You can then start supporting patients by clicking the 'Next Patient' button.
If you've completed all the support required for your patients at that time, no new patients will be served up to you, but as long as there are calls to be made, new patients will be available for you.
If you get an error or have any other issues when trying to access adherence, you may need to have new access rights added to your user. Our support team can help with that, just email us at support @imagemovermd.com!
