You can also right-click and save this image to use anywhere - like your website or social media.
- Choose Download "Sign-up" poster to download a poster with the QR code that can be displayed in your pharmacy or other areas visible to patients.
- To find your pharmacy's self-registration URL copy and paste from the Patient Self-Registration URL section. Choose this option when including self-registration information in emails or linking to self-registration on your website.
