Setting up your organization is designed to be quick and easy using the online Web Portal. (If you are unsure where to access the Web Portal, ask the Workflow Services Customer Success team). Once you are logged in to the Web Portal follow these steps:
- On the left hand side of the screen, click on the Store Profile tab.
- Add your organization’s address, phone number and fax number (if applicable). Change the name of your organization if needed as well.
- Save Changes when you’re done.
