Community Outreach Fliers for your Pharmacy

Your community needs to know that your Pharmacy is here to help with more than prescriptions. We’ve made a few fliers that you can use to spread the word. Whether it’s hung in the local school nurse’s office, on a community bulletin board or simply hung around your pharmacy - these fliers will let your community know you are here to help. 

 

Each flier below has a generic version that can be shared by any pharmacy, and link to an editable version of the flier. It just takes a couple minutes and a free Canva account to tailor the flier to your pharmacy, and provide your QR code to help folks start the registration process.

Instructions for customizing your own flier:

  1. Click the link below the flier you’re looking to customize to open the flier at Canva.com.
  2. Click the button that says [ Use Template for New Design ]
  3. Log into Canva (it’s free to make an account and edit this flier).
  4. Once the file opens, insert your pharmacy name in the headline and in the first paragraph on the flier.
  5. Delete the example QR code and replace it with your own. Remember: You can find the QR code for your patient self-registration page in the “Links” tab in your Web Portal. You can take a screenshot of the QR code and drop the file onto your flier in Canva.
  6. Once your flier is good to go, click the [ Share ] button at the top right of your screen and choose the “Download” option to save a PDF of your flier. Tip: before you save, delete the second page of the template that contains the customization instructions. 
  7. Print them up and spread them around!
