Promoting your vaccine services ahead of the fall rush helps patients plan ahead and helps your team manage the flow of walk-ins and registrations.

1. Add a Vaccine Reminder Banner to Your Website

Place a simple banner or section on your homepage reminding patients that flu, COVID, and RSV vaccines are available. Link directly to your Workflow Services registration page so patients can register before they even walk in.

2. Run a Text Message Campaign

A Tip for Every Channel

Whenever possible, prompt patients to register in the moment, by providing your registration link or QR code. A patient who starts registering is already mentally on their way in, and far more likely to actually show up than one who just mentally files away a reminder for later.
