If you are having issues with the mobile application connecting to the server the most likely culprit is that the time on the device you are using is not synchronized.
The error text reads Error Verifying Server: An error occurred with the server operations. Please consult with your system administrator.
To fix this:
If you are using an iPad, navigate to the Settings App on your device > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically needs to be enabled (location services also needs to be on, for your device to know what timezone to choose).
