If you already use Liberty Software, a popular Pharmacy Management System, you can integrate your Workflow Services encounter data with that software.
How it works
After you complete an encounter with a patient, Workflow Services generates a report of the encounter and connects to Liberty Software:
- We first attempt to search and match to an existing patient using First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth. If multiple patients match this search, we will identify the correct patient using their phone number.
- For a new patient that does not exist in Liberty Software, the patient will be created in the PMS. Following creation, we receive a Liberty External ID which we save in our database to associate all future encounters with the created patient.
- For a patient that exists, we receive a Liberty External ID which we save in our database to associate all future encounters with the created patient.
- We then send a report to the Liberty Fill Queue.
Setting Up Your Integration
Configuration is very straight forward, but it can only be done by an Organization Manager.
What You Will Need Before You Start:
NPI for your pharmacy as it was registered with Liberty Software
API Key from Liberty Software (further instructions here)
Queue (optional) where you wish to send prescriptions and/or reports
Activating your Integration

Navigate to the ImageMover Web Portal.

Sign in with the same credentials used to access the mobile application
On the left hand side of the screen, click on PMS Integration
Choose Liberty as your system
Enter in the required information and click Save Changes
