There are two ways to test out the functionality of the Workflow Services app. Use these options to learn your way around without submitting any fake customer data into any official channels. The two options are: using a patient with the last name "Zztest" and working in Training Mode. Both are really useful tools for training new pharmacists or practicing new workflows before you make them available to your patients.
Zztest Patient
Create a patient with the last name Zztest. The Workflow Services system will recognize this patient as a test patient and will not process any of the data you generate while working with this patient.
To create a test patient using Zztest, you can use your pharmacy's self-registration link to register as a new patient with the last name Zztest, or 'Add a New Patient' directly in the app.
TIP: Give them a memorable birthday, so you can easily look them up to use later. Feel free to use your email as theirs, so you can see what emails a customer receives after an encounter.
Entering Training Mode
If you plan to do extensive training and want nothing you do to be recorded in any way, use Training Mode in the app. We recommend this mode for non-admin users.
- On your tablet or in the ImageMover mobile application, sign in and tap on the Account button in the lower left hand corner.
- Tap Enter Training Mode to enter training mode.
- Search for an existing patient or use the ImageMover mobile application to create a new patient & perform a workflow. You can also register a new patient on the patient self-registration website that your Customer Success team member provided to you.
While in Training Mode, no data is saved or sent to state or federal agencies for reporting, so you can practice as much as you need!
- When you’re ready to exit training mode, tap on the Account button and Exit Training Mode.
- Data can now be saved & you can perform tests on real patients again.
You can re-enter training mode at any time if you want to practice more with the workflows.
