The Workflow Services Mobile App can only be run on a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. (If you don't have access to a mobile device for running workflows, see our article on Desktop Workflows).
The Workflow Services Web Portal where extensive admin settings and customer data can be accessed is designed to be run on a computer or a tablet's browser.

Notable devices that are incompatible
The Workflow Services Web Portal and Desktop Workflows are not optimized for the Apple Safari application. Though it may still be usable on that browser - we do not optimize for it and cannot guarantee a bug-free experience.
The Workflow Services App is not compatible with mobile devices running the Kindle or Windows operating systems. It is also not available for download on a ChromeBook, but you can use the ChromeBook browser to access the Web Portal and Desktop Workflows.
