To edit patient data one of the following permissions must be selected under Web Portal Rights in your user profile
- Is Organization Manager
- Can Manage Patients

Sign in to the your Workflow Services account on the web portal.

Click on the Patients tab from the left menu and search for the patient you're looking to update.

Once you locate the patient, hover over their name and click the “Edit” pencil on the right. The Patient Details editor will pop out.
(Sample Data - not real patients) - Find the Preferred Notification Method. If a patient has elected to received test results there will be a check mark next to "Send test results and other notifications (opt-in)." If needed, click on that box.
- To change the notification method, ie. email or test message (SMS), click on the drop down menu on the right side of the text box and select the patient's preferred notification method.
- Click Save Changes.
