- Sign in to the web portal and search for the patient you need to resend results to on the Patients tab. Click the Edit button.
(Sample Data - not real patients) - Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see all encounters with the patient.
- Hover over the result you would like to resend, and click the paper airplane icon that will appear on the right of the result to resend.
- Click Resend Result.
