Delete a Patient from your Organization

If you need to delete a patient from your organization, you can do so in the Web Portal.

Deleting a patient cannot be undone, so proceed with caution. This will also remove all encounters associated with the patient.

To delete a patient:

1. Click the Patients tab in your Web Portal
2. Search for them using their last name. Refine using first name and DOB
3. Hover over their name and choose the X to delete them
