Workflow Services is here to see your claims through from beginning to end. In order for this to happen, we need a few things from all of our customers.

A Type 2 NPI number dedicated to claims you submit through Workflow Services.
Please note: for customers with multiple locations all which share one TIN, only ONE new Type 2 NPI is needed. If each location has it’s own TIN, each location will need a new Type 2 NPI.
When you apply for this NPI please include the following taxonomy codes:- 261QP2300X (Clinic/Center Primary Care)
- 261QH0100X (Clinic/Health Center - Health Services)
- Obtain a new Medicaid enrollment set up as a 'Physician Group' for you and your pharmacists.
- Confirm that your new Medicaid ID's taxonomy code matches the primary taxonomy code associated with your new Type 2 NPI.
- Associate all providers at your location with this new Medicaid ID.
- Update existing payer contracts with this new NPI.
- Include the Type 2 NPI dedicated to Workflow Services when getting any new commercial payer contracts. (If Workflow Services is managing your credentialing process, we’ll take care of this step for you.)
- Email support@imagemovermd.com to let them know all of these steps have been completed.
Once we know you have completed these steps, our team will set things up in your platform and notify you when this process is complete.
These steps are essential in making sure the information regarding your claims is sent to the right place. Additionally, without these steps, information from other claims you submit may be returned to Workflow Services rather than to the intended recipient (e.g. pharmacy or DME claims).
