Creating Patients in the Mobile App

For patients who don’t have a smartphone or prefer not to use one, you can easily create their profile directly in the mobile application.

1. In the Workflow Services app click Patient Dashboard. Start by searching for the patient using at least their last name.
   
2. If the patient isn’t in your system, you will see a button to Add a New Patient
   
   
   
3. Enter the patient's demographic information and click Create New Patient
