First, navigate to the ImageMover web portal, or the sign in screen of the mobile application.

Once at the web portal, or on the sign in screen of the mobile application, click Forgot Password, located under the login button

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password

Leave the current page open and navigate to your email inbox to get the password reset code

Enter the code you received along with your new password and then click Reset Password

This will redirect you back to the login page where you can log in with your new password
