The Workflow Services customer success team or your organization administrator will send you an invitation to claim your account.

- You will receive an email from no-reply@imagemovermd.com with a temporary password.
- Click “Complete My Account”
- Enter your email address and temporary password found in your welcome email. Make sure to copy the exclamation mark - it's part of the password.
- You will be prompted to change your password. Choose one you will remember, as you will use this to sign in to the web portal and mobile application.
- You will receive an email from no-reply@imagemovermd.com with a temporary password.
